Deaf Houston Post is the newspaper for the Greater
Houston Deaf community. It contains news, sports,
information about events, open-captioned movies and
many more.
Deaf Houston Post is also can be read around the world
as well. It has national and international reports and news
from Deaf people living outside Houston through the
correlation with the editor.
The mission of the Post is to promote the unity and
strength of the Deaf Community in the Greater Houston
area.
David S. Bass is the founder and editor of the Post. He
is currently a teacher at school with deaf children in
Houston.
He is planning to return to college to get Master's
degree. He will continue with the editor position at the
Post while at college.
